09/18/2019 - doTERRA Installs Electric Vehicle Charging Stations to Benefit Staff, Customers and Better Air Quality
SALT LAKE CITY—September 18, 2019—doTERRA International has partnered with Leaders for Clean Air and UCAIR, the Utah Clean Air Partnership, to install 16 electric vehicle chargers at various locations on the doTERRA campus. Four of the 16 chargers have been installed at doTERRA’s primary care facility Prime Meridian Health ClinicsTM. Four more chargers will be installed on its main campus and another eight at its new customer service center and distribution warehouse, both of which are currently under construction and will be open early 2020.

06/26/2019 - UCAIR and Chevron Corporation Offer $500 Rebate To Exchange Ultra-low NOx Water Heaters
SALT LAKE CITY – June 26, 2019 — UCAIR and Chevron Corporation are once again teaming to provide rebates of up to $500 to Utah homeowners in non-attainment* areas to replace their existing, standard water heater with an air quality-efficient ultra-low NOx (ULN) natural gas water heater.
06/24/2019 - UCAIR Opens 2019 Grants Call for Proposals
SALT LAKE CITY – June 24, 2019 – To continue progress toward improving our air quality, the Utah Clean Air Partnership (UCAIR) opens its annual grants program. Grant funding is available to support projects that directly reduce pollutants and emissions, provide research on the impacts of air quality to Utah’s health and economy, or create resources for communities and municipalities to use in their local air quality improvement activities.
05/28/2019 - Cleaner Air from Alternative-Fuel Vehicles
(May 28, 2019) – Utah Foundation has partnered with the Utah Clean Air Partnership (UCAIR) to study the incentives and disincentives around alternative-fuel vehicles in the context of improving Utah’s air quality. Poor air quality is both a health issue and an economic challenge along the Wasatch Front. One of the biggest drivers of poor air quality is automobile traffic – a problem that could be alleviated by shifting to alternative fuel vehicles, among which electric vehicles now appear to be the most promising solution.
05/22/2019 - Lime Picks UCAIR for Sweet Clean Air Donation Deal
SALT LAKE CITY (May 22, 2019) — The Utah Clean Air Partnership (UCAIR) has become the exclusive beneficiary of the Lime Hero donation program in Utah. Lime Hero gives riders the option to round up the cost or add a small percentage to the cost of their ride that is donated to a local nonprofit to support local causes. In Utah, the local cause Lime supports is air quality.
04/13/2019 - Utahns Exchange 1,000 Environmentally-Harmful Gas Cans for Environmentally-Friendly Gas Cans To Improve Our Air
SALT LAKE CITY—April 13, 2019—The latest Show UCAIR clean air program removed 1,000 environmentally-harmful gas cans from our state as Utahns exchanged old gas cans for environmentally-safe gas cans. The exchange was made possible by Boeing, Union Pacific, the George S. and Dolores Dore Eccles Foundation and the Utah Clean Air Partnership (UCAIR).
